Entrants will have to state why they are the best person to go from novice to hero.

Entrants will be judged by a Heart Radio panel on their creativity and the extent to which they have demonstrated courage and an ability to entertain.

Entrants must be available to record on-air elements, talking to the presenter/s in person and/or on the phone between Monday 22nd February to Sunday 6th March.

One winner will visit Innsbruck, Austria to participate in a session on a bobsleigh piloted by a professional instructor. The Heart Breakfast show will follow the build up to the bobsleigh trip.

Return standard air travel for two (entrant and guest) from Bristol to Munich, Germany on Friday 4th March, returning back to Bristol on Sunday 6th March. Return transfers by car to Innsbruck, Austria. Two-night hotel stay with bed and breakfast (Double Room). Travel insurance and sport activity Insurance for the winner.

One, Taxi bobsled run for the winner, other activities will be arranged to coincide with the recording schedule and will take place on location between 4.3.16 - 6.3.16.
