I have just purchased a new HP Laptop from Tesco running Win 8.1 it said - do I want to upgrade to Win 10 which I said yes but the download starts then says it failed.
Does anyone have any ideas why this is and how I correct it?

can you post a screenshot of the message when it fails? are there any error messages or anything like that?
I have experienced on the mother-in-law's machine that the graphic card drivers are not compatible with Win10 therefore failed...0 -
