I have downloaded AVG free by mistake could someone please give the link to the AVG removal tool for Windows 8.1?

because of the deep hooks avg, norton, mcafee, etc have in their progs, a removal tool is required to ensure full removal - just uninstalling will leave a lot of hangover crud behind which can conflict with the next av prog you install
The way to do it normally is uninstall then run the relevant removal tool (as admin)......Gettin' There, Wherever There is......

Norton yep, didnt think AVG left that behind also, been a while since i have used though.
