They are just asking you to sign a standard document written in plain English. I'm not sure how they could phrase it differently?

Well I'd much prefer if the form were written in details, like 1. 2. 3... to explain it in a clearer way in regards to the relevant aspects. You might be laughing I'm being fussy or something. I think this is all because of cultural differences.

You said the form is brief. Does it need to be broken down into single points?

I think this might be a case of lost in translation. If you're still unsure then post exactly what it says and we'll break it down for you.

You've sent something, they can't find it.

They want a declaration that you've sent the item back, so that they can refund you now, and when it does turn up they can come after you if it's not the same goods.

    Seems pretty reasonable IMO.

Well it is definitely not a case of lost in translation, at least I have a master degree from some British uni, I believe my English is more than just OK.

What I'm trying to say was the form to be too simple and sloppy in my eyes. But like I said, it involves with levels of cultural differences. It's hard to pin down that clearly.

    Anyway, thanks for your reply.
