:j :T hi everyone....wanna tell you about my big achievement ...i have stopped smoking!!!! its been a month today without the nicoteen sticks and i have saved 31x£4.97=£154.07..... not bad hey:T :T :beer:
4 months 3 weeks 6days 13hours and 19minutes without a cigarette..and im doing great (honest):beer:

go to ur doctors and ask him/her to give you zyban...myself and my wife have given up using this after over 20 years of smoking..sounds like u wanna give up..thats the first step!!4 months 3 weeks 6days 13hours and 19minutes without a cigarette..and im doing great (honest):beer:0
