I booked a parcel delivery via Parcel2Go and used InPost. I paid for 24 hour delivery.
InPost are a company who have lockers around the company, to post and collect parcels from, usually located in shop car parks and petrol stations. Their courier then collects the parcel and delivers it (or supposed to). Or you can collect your parcel from the locker to save you waiting in.
I have used them previously when their courier was CityLink prior to them going into liquidation, and fund them good, fast service and reliable. So I thought I would use them again. They now use UK Mail (I Post Parcels)
I deposited the parcel in one of their lockers last Wednesday (early morning) and today it has only been collected from their locker this evening (Tuesday). So it has been sitting in their locker for almost a week.
I paid for 24 hour delivery, I was not expecting it to be collected immediately, maybe a day or two but a week is taking the mick.
Beware of this company, I will not be using them again.
