A maximum of one entry per person. In the event that a user enters more than one photo, only the first entry will be considered NOT the entry with the highest votes.
Entries must be in good taste and not include any crude, derogatory, inflammatory or offensive language.
Entrants must be aged 18 or over and legal residents of the UK. The competition is not open to employees (or their immediate families) of the PhotoBox Group, Breast Cancer Care or anyone professionally connected with the competition(yes that includes you Moonpig, Sticky9, Hoffman and PaperShaker!).
The competition starts at 00.01am on Tuesday 16th February 2016 and closes at 23.59 on Sunday 6th March 2016. PhotoBox accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or delayed entries. Incomplete or illegible entries will not be accepted.
Automated entries are prohibited, and any use of such automated devices or programs will cause disqualification.
There is no purchase necessary to enter.
PRIZES
There will be 7 prizes offered in this competition. One overall winner will receive £150 of PhotoBox credit, the 1st runner up will receive £50 Pho0toBox credit and 5 runners up will receive £10 PhotoBox credit. To claim their credit, the winner must register for a free PhotoBox account here: https://www.photobox.co.uk
The prize winners will be selected by the 11th March 2016. The winner will be chosen based on the number of votes that their entry has received, the entry with the highest number of votes will win. In the event that a there are multiple entries with the same number of votes, these entries will be put into a draw and a winner chosen at random.
The winner and runners up will be notified via email, or the platform that they entered on within seven (7) days of the contest ending. If the winner cannot be contacted, or does not respond with requested information to fulfil the prize within seven (7) days, they forfeit the prize. In the event that the winner fails or refuses to claim his or her prize for any reason, or a prize is unclaimed, the prize is forfeited and PhotoBox may select an alternate winner by random drawing.
Please note that by submitting material in response to this competition each entrant warrants to PhotoBox that the material is the entrant's own original work and does not infringe the copyright or privacy of any other person. By contributing and interacting with this page, the entrant is allowing PhotoBox to reference,use and/or take inspiration from all uploaded content, in all media on a perpetual,royalty-free, world-wide basis, WITH identification of the entrant, and entrant waives all moral rights in such material.
The prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. In the event the winner(s) do not for any reason take an element of a prize at the time stipulated by PhotoBox then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash or any other form of compensation will not be supplied in lieu of that element of the prize.
PhotoBox reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify all entries from any person, and prohibit that person's further participation in this competition, who tampers with, or benefits from any tampering with, the entry process or the operation of the competition, acts in violation of these terms and conditions, acting in a disruptive manner, or acts with the intent to annoy, abuse,threaten or harass any other person.
To the extent permitted by law, each entrant releases PhotoBox, Breast Cancer Care, its associated agencies and Facebook from any and all liability, damages or loss incurred in connection with this competition including the redemption and use of any prize.
