More than 1 item available.

If I have lets say 2 items of the same thing available and state that on my listing, do I have to relist the second one if the first one sells or does it just carry on if there is time left on the listing?

If you are doing it as an auction you can only sell one item at a time, you can however do a second chance offer if item has more thatn one bidder at end.

If it is a BIN then you can list with a quantity of 2, assuming they are identical.

So if it's a BIN and the first one sells, the listing just carries on to the end of the listing time?

That's right, when you set up the BIN it shows as quantity 2 , if one sells it goes down to quantity 1.

Just be very careful with photos and description, make sure you only show 1 and remember to fill out the postage additions for the second one in case someone buys both.

Just a quick "added" question about selling 2 Identical items - When I put in the listing that I have 2 items to sell it won't let me put the word "available" but on other sellers listings the word "available" comes up

By just having the number 2, it looks as if I am selling the 2 items for the one price.
What am I doing wrong or not doing?
    Sorry for the stupid questions!

You set up a normal BIN auction as though you are selling one item. Then in the quantity box just out quantity '2'. When your listing goes live it will show 2 available , when the first one gets sold it will show 1 available.

Just remember you are not selling 2 items, you are selling one per BIN listing but you have 2, so make sure in your item description you only talk about one item and only show 1 in your photos.
