How do you turn off/exit BBC iPlayer radio on an android tablet? I cannot find anyway to do this. 😕

Swipe down from the top of the screen and do it from the notification there, click on the android 'back' button (the triangle) a few times or, worst case scenario - settings > Apps > iPlayer Radio > Force Close

Depends upon what make of product but usually the back button closes stuff .

Long-press (press and hold) the home menu button at the bottom (if you have one)

All open apps are then displayed - click 'close all' or select the app you want to close.

What version of Android? On 5+ (Google standard version) use the square symbol to see what is currently open then swipe each app to close* it.

If you have a branded version of Android then the mechanism may be different.

* This may not actually fully close/stop an app. For this you'd need to go into Settings | Apps, find the running apps and stop them from there.
