I have a 4K TV and an OLED TV, personally I prefer the OLED.

I would love an OLED TV but the smallest screen size seems to be 50", too big for me. Hopefully by the time 8K arrives so will smaller OLED screens.

I would go for LED HD instead, because there isn't much content available for 4k TVs.
As mentioned above go for a nice HD LED TV for the next 5 years and then 4k will be more affordable price.

    Good luck though.
I personally love Samsung when it comes to TVs.

I am thinking if you need to change TV now go for good HD even consider a good non smart(add a smart box) if you can find one.

There will be plenty around that are good enough for low £100s that will do an excellent job till 4k sort itself out, the total spend will be the same or there may be some good price OLED.

there have been some very good deals coming up on HUKD over the last few months.
