Well where do i start !!! I have had a problem with Talk Talk services since in joined. I had an installation date set for 3rd Feb i was assured by a supervisor it would go ahead so i booked the day off then got a call to say it had been cancelled and re arranged for 10th Feb i had no phone no internet for 10 days i was told i would be able to keep my old telephone number which i stressed i needed to keep it then i find out on 10th Feb they had disconnected it so i have lost my home phone number then they tried charging me £89 first bill as they said i had received 2 uview boxes. All I wanted was the services I had asked for and what I was paying for but not received - i will advised anyone who is thinking of moving services to Talk Talk to think again. I am looking for compensation of my days pay back and 10 days without any service and the cost of having to use my mobile for telephone calls and internet - can anyone advise where i go from here - i have contacted the Ombudsman - from a very angry Talk Talk customer.
