Unity Lotto: misleading information

  • I was told it was a win win situation. That it would only cost me a couple of quid a month (under a tenner) and that if i didnt win equal or more then i would get my payment fee back for that month. They claimed that i was 1 in 50 peoplr offered the win win garantee. They are charging me a lot of money and im getting nothing back. This has been happening for months without me realising (as i dont check my bank often, i pay by card) only noticed when i signed my kids up for swimming lessons. As i would withdraw the money before i spent any. I noticed my account was low. I left it but when it was low the following month i queried it with my bank. On the t&cs it says that you can see how much your winnings are totalled to on your membership account and if there over 20quid you can have it put in your bank but i cant see no winnings. I tried to cancel about 3 month back anf they said they would. 3 months later and my account is still active

If it sounds too good to be true, it usually is too good to be true...

So you CAN see winnings then .. How much ??
  • I have had an amount taken from my account for 3 months. I don't remember signing up for anything. Luckily it was only £4.34 and I have cancelled it now, but even so. Who are these people? Do I know them as something else?
    Thanks
