I am lucky enough to be completing my IVA in September at which point it will disappear from my credit file. However, I note from my credit file that two of the creditors are showing default dates after the IVA started - in one case almost a year after. This mean that this entry on my credit file will hang around even when the IVA disappears. Can I write to the creditors in question and ask them to amend the default date?

Your IVA information will drop off the credit file 6 years after it started.
Write to the companies involved and confirm the date that the IVA started and get them to adjust the information, also write to the credit reference company.0 -
I have the same issue. My IVA drops off in October but 3 of my crediros have default dates beyond the IVA start date - one a whole year after!!
I intend to write to all three and ask them to update their records
I don't want any credit but I want to see my Noddle credit Report move from 1/5 to 4 or 5 / 5
