ComfortPlus or Single Meter Options?

Hi Everyone, looking for a bit of advice...

I moved into my new flat last year (bought not rented). I am with Scottish Power and have a 3 rate comfortplus white meter. The flat is all electric and I have a hot water tank.

The flat no longer has storage heaters (were taken out by previous owner) and replaced by modern electric panel heaters. I am out most of the day at work and mainly use electric 6pm -11pm unless on weekends.

My question is, am I better continuing with the 3 rate (even though the heat charge doesn't apply anymore) or am I better off swapping to a single rate meter or another meter of some sort?

Cheers
