Entry is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, and excludes any Exodus Travels or Jazz FM employees, their families, or anyone connected with the administration of the competition.
The winner is responsible for ensuring that they are able to accept the prize as set out and in accordance with these terms and conditions. Exodus Travels Ltd reserves the right to exclude entrants and withhold the prize for violating any of these terms and conditions.
The winner must travel on or before the 31st December 2016.
Dates of departure are subject to tour and airline availability.
No cash or other alternative is available.
The prize cannot be transferred to any other persons or to any other trip not listed within the above mentioned prizes.
The winning entry will be chosen from all the correct and valid entries received after the closing date. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The winner agrees that their name may be used in all required publicity material by Jazz FM and Exodus Travels.
As part of accepting the prize Exodus require a short review on their website and 3 of your best photos upon your return.
Exodus Travels Ltd and Jazz FM do not take responsibility for late or lost entries.
The winner and friend/partner or spouse must travel together on the same trip.
