Okay, so a couple of days ago i made a post regarding a grievance against my manager- i took the advice on here and decided to hand in my notice ( One Week ) - Today however my manager has given me the option of not working my notice - im keen to take her up on the offer however im not familar with any company ever…

Although of course if you would prefer to leave now and not get paid for your notice period, all you need is confirmation of that.
