    the infomation on the EMBASSIES website was black and white - any conviction regardless you have to get a visa, but CBP....said drink driving is NOT moral torpitude as you didnt intentionally hurt anyone

    I corrected that for you as it does come up often.

    If you do an internet search for 'ask CBP dui' you will find the answer to the question on CBPs website. They run the system so there advice should be heeded and goes along with the quote above. 1 DUI no problem, 2 or more, or aggravating factors - problem.

    Just an update I arrived in the US on Sunday and they let me in after a few questions �� Which were?

    Where was I staying ?
    How long am I here?
    What do I do for a living?
    How much money did I have?
    Im an ex employee RBS Group
