Donating cuddly toys...any suggestions??
Options
Hi,
Just wondering if anyone can make any suggestions....i've got loads of cuddly toys in excellent condition I'd like to give away, I don't want to give them to just a charity shop as would really like them to be given direct to children/families who have very little else/would get some happiness from them!
I know hospitals and children's ward won't take stuff like this any more due to infection control reasons and a quick google search hasn't turned much up!
Hoping someone can suggest some other options!
Also I'm local to West Yorkshire if that's helpful

How about a woaman's refuge. They often have to leave with very little so a toy for the children could be very welcomeLost my soulmate so life is empty.
I can bear pain myself, he said softly, but I couldna bear yours. That would take more strength than I have -

Have you tried the Chenobyl Childrens Life Line? It's all about the sick and unwell children in Belarus that come here every year to clear out their systems, get medical treatment and they take things home to their very poor families. They are a really good charity and it's worth a shot.Wins: NONE YET0
