After getting sick to death of telling the cold callers i've no outstanding claims i realised that i actually had an issue with Natwest credit cards years ago.
I got a credit card back in 2005, went into the branch, the worker filled in all the paperwork and i signed. Then a few months later i noticed i was being charged for payment protection, something that was never discussed, call centre said it was all on my application form, but it was never even discussed when i took the card up. I had to threaten natwest with taking my business elsewhere if they were that shady, and they eventually cancelled the ppi.
I only ever used that card a handful of times too and eventually got rid of it.
Just dug out the paper work and found the cancellation letter of the ppi for the card. Is this something i could claim for now? I was definitely mis sold this as i was never even told about it, and only noticed it on a bill.
How would i go about it without getting one of the million cold calling companies involved?

If you used the card only a few times, I would doubt there is much to refund. Credit card PPI is only charged when the account has a balance.
The fact that you cancelled the PPI years ago might also lead to the Bank applying a time bar on any complaint you might make now.0 -
cheers, cant imagine its worth getting into it all as it was resolved back in the day.0
