Energy Club

Hi everyone, I am a member of Martin's Energy Club, there doesn't seem to be a way of editing the amount I pay to my energy supplier every month as this is incorrect now. Has anyone actuall been able to do this? All I can see is where you can edit or change the Tariff but NOT change/edit the amount I pay every month.

Can anyone please help?? thanks in advance.

You'll need to contact your supplier to change this. It's not something any third party would be able to do :)

As above. What you are paying your supplier in £s makes for a meaningless comparison. If your energy usage has changed - check your statement - then adjust the usage in kWhs for each tariff under edit details.

When you log in, you should see your current tariff details (underneath your address)

For each tariff (if you have more than one) there is a blue "Edit details" box at the bottom RHS

Click on that, scroll down, and you'll see "Your Usage" section.
You can edit the monthly payment that you make there (although you will get better results if you use your annual consumption in kWh - as the warning note says)
  • The problem I found that I can't edit, or at least I'm not able/allowed to put in the numbers to the fields How much Gas/Electricity I use a year. My bill says:
Electricity: Estimated use in the last 12 months Total 3,351 kWh
Gas: Estimated use in the last 12 months Total 5,565 kWh

But the fields will only accept whole numbers like 3, 4, 5, not 3,351 as my bill suggests. Can anyone confirm this or perhaps I'm doing something wrong?

    Many thanks,

    Best Regards,

If you enter the figures as 3351 and 5565 you'll be able to get the results you're looking for.

Many thanks for info, that did the trick. Must be may age for not thinking of it. The switch has been made.
    Thanks again.
