Nissan have a competition through the website betheheartbeat.com which runs until 7am on Wednesday 17th February.
You have to watch one of three online training sessions with a Team GB or Paralympics GB athlete (the videos are about an hour long) and train along with them. There is a running, rowing machine or indoor floor exercise video.
They want you to film a video of yourself of 60 seconds or less doing the training session while watching the video and then send that in to competition@betheheartbeat.com or post on social media with the #uniteandexcite.
Looks like there's a pair of tickets to Rio 2016 (flights, hotel and Olympics tickets) and a set of Paralympics tickets available too.
