41 Greek Street is an accountants office; so presumably it's just that they've used their accountant as their contact address as far as companies house is concerned.
Nothing inherently dodgy with that practice, for a change.0 -

Bovver Boys? !!!!!!?
These guys couldn't knock the skin off a rice pudding. As for bovver boys can you really imagine one or other of the directors in ox-blood Dr Martens, Sta-Prests, a red-checked Ben Sherman shirt, blue braces and a navy blue Crombie or a black Harrington jacket?
The sounds of The Specials pumping out of the Red Cow Yard?
No. Thought not.My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016).
For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com0 -

Trust me, I didn't quite believe it myself. But just as the blind bird must hit the occasional worm, Gladstones must occasionally do something that isn't dodgy even if it's entirely accidental.:j0 -

Monckton Properties, part of the Tatton Estate, has cracked down on unauthorised parking in the Red Cow Yard which lies behind Elmec Electrical and Mechnical Services, the Old Sessions House and Martin’s newsagents.
Following reports of businesses unable to access staff parking spaces due to people abandoning their cars for long periods of time, Monckton Properties has enlisted private parking enforcement company Britannia Parking Ltd to monitor the area.
“It has been horrendous,” said Nick Thomas, manager of Elmec. “It has been going on since we arrived here about 16 months ago. Sometimes, usually on a Friday morning, people can leave their car there all morning.
“There has been a few occasions where we have had to park elsewhere and we have had to pay for it ourselves because we can’t find the owner of the car.
“Those spaces are in our in the terms of lease for the office.
“I’m hoping that these new rules will resolve the issue, now that the land owners have got involved.”
Nearby businesses which have been affected by the new regulations, have each been issued a number of permits for their staff.
Many of the properties nearby rent the spaces so that their staff can park free of charge.
A spokesman for Monckton Properties said: “Following requests from our commercial and charity occupiers on Tatton Street within Red Cow Yard we have increased enforcement of the car parking permit system so people can get access without obstruction.
“This is especially important for places whose volunteers and visitors require easy, disabled-friendly access to the premises.

“We have adopted this permit system as a consequence of recent unauthorised parking which has led to occupiers' vehicles being blocked-in and tenants and neighbouring owners not being able to gain access.
“We have contacted businesses who we are aware could be affected by the changes - hopefully in a positive way - to inform them of the changes which came into effect on the 25 August but anyone with queries or suggestions please contact Jonathan Davies at the managing agent MB Estates Plus.”From the Plain Language Commission:

Just waiting for the day when either Gladstones or the IAS forget to display their permit and pick up a Britannia ticket!0
