Terms and Conditions

1. The Rennie Michelin Star Prize Draw (the “Prize Draw”) is open to UK residents aged 16 years and over, except employees of Superdrug Stores plc (“Superdrug”) or any related companies, Bayer Public Limited Company (“Bayer”), their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the Prize Draw. If the winner is under 18 years of age, alcohol will not be included.
2. No purchase is necessary to enter the Prize Draw.
3. To enter, go to https://www.superdrug.com/competitions and complete the online entry form.
4. Entries must be received by 23:59 on 8th March 2016.
5. There is a limit of one entry per person. Multiple entries or entries that are delivered late, are illegible, incomplete, damaged or otherwise not in accordance with these terms and conditions will not be accepted. Entries made through agents, third parties, organised groups or any entry duplication method will not be accepted.
6. There will be 1 prize winner.
7. The prize winner will receive a gift voucher for a meal for 2 worth up to the value of £500 to be used at participating Michelin star restaurants in the UK. The participating restaurants are strictly limited to: Castle Terrace Restaurant in Edinburgh, Simon Radley at the Chester Grosvenor in Chester, Simpsons Restaurant in Birmingham, The Pipe and Glass Inn in Yorkshire, Driftwood Hotel in Cornwall, Wilks Restaurant in Bristol, Marcus Wareing at the Berkley Hotel Knightsbridge, EIPIC in Belfast, Northern Ireland. The gift voucher may be subject to an expiration date, and this will vary depending upon the restaurant
8. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries by 23:59 11th March 2016.
9. The winner will be notified by email/telephone using the details provided by 15th March 2016. The winner must claim their prize by 23:59 on 29th March 2016. If they do not do so, then Superdrug reserves the right to offer the prize to an alternative winner selected in accordance with these terms and conditions.
10. It is the winner’s responsibility to organise and pay for their own expenses including (without limitation) travel to and from the restaurant, incidental costs, and any other costs, charges, taxes or expenses which may be incurred by the winner in claiming the prize. Service charge may or may not be included in the voucher and this will vary depending on the restaurant.
11. Separate terms and conditions of each restaurant apply to the voucher and it is the winner’s responsibility to comply with these terms and conditions.
12. Any decision of Superdrug as to eligibility to take part in the Prize Draw or the result of the Prize Draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. Superdrug accepts no responsibility for entries that are incomplete, delayed, lost, damaged or illegible whether due to failure or non-availability of https://www.superdrug.com or any other reason.
13. There is no cash alternative to the prize.
14. Superdrug reserves the right to delay, postpone or cancel the Prize Draw.
