help needed flight from US to UK return

I am trying to find the cheapest but best flight possible for my hubby on his military leave to come see me and the kids over Christmas 21st December to 2 January.

from Raleigh Durham Airport NC or Wilmington international airport NC, to Manchester return.

I have checked opodo, cheapest there was £444 which i thought was pretty good, but having trouble on some sites on line as they only allow me to book from a UK based airport.

IF anyone can help me out it would be appreciated.

Try American Airlines, with a change in Chicago £380.60 (may have taxes on top though)

If he's flying from the US to the UK, it's likely to work out cheaper if you book through an American website rather than a British one. Try the websites of all the airlines (American, United, US, Delta, Continental) as well as sites like expedia.com.

Also, if it's not too much hassle, you may well find flights cheaper to London rather than Manchester, as there's far more competition from the US in to London than Manchester.

Thanks everyone, i got a flight through Wilmington, for the dates we needed for £900 with taxes through opodo, and quidco cashback, I am pleased with this as it avoided the airport we have always had disasters when traveling.
