VISA & trying to go paperless

My VISA (via the bank & auto paid each month) statement is the only non-paperless zone I now have.
My bank (FD) say that statement is the only area they cannot control.
Up to now I haven't bothered to sort this out, but my travels are going to be extended soon & totally paperless is the goal.
Has anyone else had this issue, & did they manage to sort it online?
Thxs.

I'm not sure what you are asking, but First Direct don't do paperless for credit cards statements, if that's what you are referring to. They always send them by post, and you can't opt out of that, even if you also view them online.0

Surely if you can access the statement online and make payments online then does it matter whether you receive a paper statement or not?
It might come in handy one day if you are applying for a new line of credit and they require confirmation of your address.0 -

So the answer could be in the phrasing of their email to me some years ago. They implied that they themselves couldn't do it, but maybe Visa could.
I was asking if anyone had.

No Visa cannot do anything with a FD credit card statement.0 -
I only go paperless if I get a discount in order to do so (or because I simply don't have the option). I like to get paper statements for the odd occasion I need paperwork proving my identity and address...0
