Hi everyone,


Had a lovely break but back to a family crisis - DS3 has left his GF and we have got all his stuff home. Will be strange having him home after a year away, not sure what he will do now. Maybe find a job away from here as he needs to move on really to learn more as a chef.
Been bucketing down all afternoon here. Hope all well.

Thanks FF. His GF is heart broken so expecting some upset especially as she is friendly with DD and they all hang about in same places.
They argue too much when they have a drink. Not sure what happened last night but must have been final straw for DS.

Pleased you are home Sheils and had a good break.

Sorry about DS3 upsetting time. Chefs do need to have as much different experience as possible.

Very cold here today. We should have gone for a walk when it was sunny.

oh dear sheils, think it's always awkward when
GF'S/BF's/OH's etc split up in the family,
had it a few times here with our lot & hated being like
piggy in the middle trying to see both sides of the cause,
hope it all will work out amicably x

I managed to pop out to the garden yesterday fire**fly -
it was sunny but brrrrrr - a tad chilly.

That pic reminds me of my hair at the moment Alfie! it is getting cut and highlighted on Thursday though. (not before time)


Had a really wet night but seems to be dry now.
Has been such a wet winter.
Thanks for kind words everyone. DS3 installed back in his bedroom but think it will be difficult for us all after him being away for a year. He was always so noisy coming in and out! He has a load of holidays coming up too and I hate being wakened up. DS2 was on the phone to him last night so he would speak to him better than us.


Got first wash load on, will need to get whirly back out of garage now that I will have more washing to do. Put it away when we had the storms.

Dry and sunny here this morning but still very cold.

Sheils difficult times for all. It's strange how there always seems to be a noisey one in family. Our eldest is the noisy one here. You can hear her all over the house when she's here.
Both our DDs went through breakups we all seemed to go through it too.

It's hump day today and weather forecast not good. Shame when it's school holidays.
