Afternoon everyone, sorry I've been absent for the last couple of days but this job application has been driving me round the bend! The closing date is tomorrow and my manager is having a look at the competencies I have written, hopefully I can get it submitted on time tomorrow! It's a promotion, one I've been waiting for a long time and it's mad I keep looking up to the sky and asking my mum and dad for help on it :rotfl:
I hope everyone is okay and had some luck over the weekend! I hope my luck is being kept to one side for this job, at the moment I'd prefer to win this job

just a quick pop in as usual:) we have finally got over this bug it has totally drained us - which is not like us but we felt exhausted all the time!

Well done to all recent winners and glad everyone is keeping warm and well:)

It has been really really cold and foggy here for the last few days making driving really difficult.

6 weeks now left until baby grandson arrives so getting really excited:j

That's nice of you making a rucksack for GS Sylvia :A I had to buy DD a bigger bag for school as the book bags they get no longer hold everything she needs to take nowadays to school. All the girls in her school are obsessed with these big Jojo Siwa bows too from Claire's accessories. They're all wearing them so I bought her the cheaper versions from bargain buys and there isn't much difference!

Good luck with the job app Laura and stay positive! That's what I keep telling myself for the job I have put in for! There's lots of people applied for it too and I've seen them all getting shown around school!

We didn't have any fog fire**fly but I saw it on gmtv where they couldn't even see Big Ben for the fog!

Well I may as well catch up with some comping myself now kids are in bed and DH isn't much company! He comes in from work and goes straight on this 8ball pool game that he's become obsessed with! Nice to know where he's priorities lie anyway!

Morning everyone. Not been in as had a busy 3 days at work.Got a few days off now so can relax a bit.Good luck with the application laura.Keeping my fingers crossed for you. We had thick fog yesterday all day,scary when i went to work as couldn't see further than the bonnet of the car.It only started to lift after lunchtime and it seems to have all gone out there today.Let's hope it stays all gone now..lol
I have not won a soup and mug yet either but will keep trying. I did have a WEM from Look magazine yesterday for the TONI&GUY Limited Edition Illusions Styler so that was a nice surprise.

here yesterday and it was a tad chilly to say the least!

I agree, the kids nowadays seem to have so many books
etc to struggle around with.

So pleased that at last you are all over the nasty bug
