Loving the Halloween pics! Great find too Alfie I went to write something earlier and mine went off too so I gave up! We've been having a few niggles with our internet.

Is Reacher the film that's on the pics Sylvia? I think I came across it on the android box earlier but me & DD watched Nine Lives instead, about a man who turned into a cat but it was ok!

I didn't get to listen to your radio session Becks, hopefully next time

Looks like we're stuck with Phoney G for another week fire**fly :mad: I really can't imagine anyone voting for her unless Sharon is getting half of America to vote for to keep her in! Mind you....Gifty wasn't too happy with Simon!

Well I best go polish my broom too and get to bed. Kids back at school but me & DD1 are off tomorrow so popping to shops for a bit.
It's mischief night tonight and some kids had tied a firework to a cats tail but I don't think it went off luckily. It's quiet in our area but not in others!

Good Morning,

Up early again as I didn't sleep well. Looking forward to going away.
Will be going to our hotel to park and then walking along the Lancaster Canal. We have walked a lot of it now, wonder if we will ever mange to finish it. The really north part will be hard as it is unnavigatable there although I think they are trying to get it sorted. Concentrating on the south part just now anyway. Meaning to do a bit more tomorrow too before we head to Blackpool.

It's a beautiful sunny and warm day here today so I'll
be out in the garden this afternoon.

Hope you managed to get out and prune your large
shrub leanfun. I've got the most gorgeous acer growing
in a vantage point in my garden and at this time of year,
the colours are stunning. Bit like this ....

I'm pretty sure it's fixed - lol at Simon grovelling to Gifty,
she was fuming! I think he had made a bit of a boo boo
when he accidentally opted to evict her (his own
contestant!!) moments before she was actually zapped! :eek:

Well - must get out and start some gardening cos it's
getting dark mighty early these days. The bonus though
is that the mornings are lighter again, for a while at
any rate. :j

Well I've succeeded in pruning the massive hypericum in the front garden. I missed pruning it last year. It was taller than me and wide, spreading over pavement. Anyone attempting to come up path on rainy day could be in for a shower. We bought a new cordless hedge trimmer yesterday. So had to wait for battery to charge thankfully today was an even better day. I had six large and I mean large black sacks from the one bush. Just need a DH to take them to recycling now. I can hardly move now well just enough to pick up coffee cup.

Was just looking at emails and found one with a rafflecopter so have just entered my second twitter comp! I really can't get my head around twitter seem to have a block about it.

Evening all, hope it's all quiet on the home front now with halloweeners. We only got two again even though I bought a big bag of candies for them. Still...all the more for me!

Alfie, that's a lovely flower bloom. I don't know much about flowers but that does look stunning My dad had a different arrangement in the garden every year. The best year he had for lovely flowers was on my wedding. The photographer wanted the photos in their garden instead of park

Fire**fly, did you see Gifty on GMTv this morning? She was furious with Simon and said Phoney g is only on it for the entertainment. I'm sure she'll still get a career from it!

The girls have been out halloweeening and come back with a big bag full of sweets and money!
I managed to get a few Xmas pressies in today and even treat myself to a pair of trousers and jumper.

Hi just a quick pop in. GD was sent home from school because of some chemical spillage in the labs so had her since 1pm and then her Mom and Dad came for tea so been busy.

Looks like DD will be coming her tomorrow to study as she is doing her Masters with OU and trying to work at the same time.

Yes Reachers was on at the Cinema Wingo, OH really enjoyed it. Thats awful about the cat, cant understand why peeps are so cruel.

Firefworks have started here so Lottie is not happy, will be glad when it is all over with.

Must seriously start to get some Christmas presents soon as DH is due to go in for an operation on 17th Nov.
