Good morning all. On my iPad so no pic until later. DS has arrived and is taking me to Hebden Bridge.

Washed our Winter waterproof jackets last night so go them on the line. MAnaged a special pack of wash and waterproof from Millets for £6.80 yesterday so that was a really good price.

Glad you sorted car and your new glasses yesterday. Need to sort my glasses soon.

Have a lovely day everyone and hope you are feeling better Rose.

Well done on the dinosaurs win Rose :j lovely surprise for GS :)

Indie, brilliant wins! You need your 3rd win now for a hat trick! :T

I remember you saying about the flu jab always affects DH fire**fly. My son always get sent a letter for it but I've never ever taken him for it as he's generally ok. My DD1 on the other hand picks up any bug going!

Great you got your car sorted Sheils and new glasses too! :)

Got home from work to lots of calls from the college saying DD had took ill and they were sending her to A&E in taxi. Luckily I got there in time but she didn't need A&E, she was fine after a while. This is what she's like when she picks up a bug!
I got some good news today, got a letter saying I had paid too much tax so they owe me £108 :)

Hi everyone hope you have had a good day.

Sorry to hear you DD1 was not well today and hope she feels better soon. Well done on the tax refund.

Had a lovely day at Hebden Bridge with DS today and a nice walk along the canal there.

Just as I arrived home I had a text from Vodafone saying my phone had been suspended as I had gone over my limit and my bill was £450. Couldn't work it out as I had checked it earlier today. Tried live chat and got nowhere so had to ring them in the end. It seems that a lot of customers had had the same text and it was an accounting mistake and to switch my phone on and off as they were restoring my phone and to ignor the balance. When I got it back on the bill had gone to £593 so not sure what is going on there.

    Have a lovely evening everyone.

Well done to your GS rose. Remember my DS3 really being into dinosaurs.

Hope your DD is OK now wingo. Well done on tax rebate. My DS3 got letter saying he owed them £93.

Sounds like you had a lovely day out Sylvia apart from Vodafone problems. Hope they sort it soon. It took me nearly 3 months to cancel DS3s Vodafone account which was in my name. Refused to pay the bills and eventually they sorted it out.

Just realised all my comments mention DS3!!!

Aw that's a shame Sheils that DS got one saying he owes tax. I can't make mine out as it says I got refund because I wasn't earning enough to pay tax as my hours have gone down. But my new tax code has gone down and has a T on the end and when I've checked it says usually if you're earning more money which I'm not! I thought the lower the tax code the more you pay? I will have to pop in work and see about it.

Sylvia I saw about the vodaphone sending wrong bills out on FB as I told my sister. I'm with EE so mine is ok. Hope they sort it out for you, that's shocking.

DD much better now but my clumsy son has come in from playing footy with his friends and his finger was dripping with blood and it's all over his clothes too. He fell and cut his finger quite deep, I thought he might need a stitch in it but I've strapped it up for now. Then after he cut his finger he tripped over again and banged his head causing a bump and bleeding to it! Typical lad! :o
