Hi all, late in today as went out early for shopping then on to DD's for a cuppa.
Glad you are beginning to feel better firefly and off the pain killers. Not sure what a bed wedge is?
SIL has a bad back and always wakes up in agony.
Its a wet chilly day here today.
Good luck for the end of the month everyone.BIG THANKS TO ALL WHO POST THE COMPETITIONS0 -

http://www.mobilitysmart.cc/deluxe-bed-wedge-2571.html
there are others cheaper & smaller but was recommended
this one by one of the neighbours who has
a back problem,
must say they are worth every penny as you're sleeping
raised up,
been chucking it down all day here & still doingplease be a responsible pet owner & spay/neuter your pets, too many strays & not enough homes for them sadly.0 -
Good you are sleeping ff. Go to your practice nurse she will sort you out and won't cost you anything for asking for neighbours for advice. Rather ask a nurse or doc for advice0

Evening alfie hope you are ok. Weather has been dreadfull this afternnon. Not got much done outside as It has been raining. Tubs are ok to be checked and turned over in next few weeks. Have plants to transplant and bulbs need a rest. Also hanging baskets have to be taken down. as annuals and bi-ennials are now defunct. So have to plant bulbs and annuals when the anuals are ready.0
