Going to start on the lounge walls this coming week. It seems endless this decorating lark, I hate doing all the gloss on the doors too.

Good Afternoon everyone,


Back home now and it is bucketing down!
Went to Sainsbury near Whitley Bay this morning to spend a £12 off £60 voucher and get some petrol so treated ourselves to some wine!
Enjoyed our break but I was right it was noisy last night with women coming back from Newcastle nightclubs. DH slept through them all but I didn't! Anyway, lesson learnt, will avoid Fridays as well as Saturdays when possible. Didn't realise people would use that hotel for nights out in Newcastle as it is over 8 miles away. Taxis were doing a roaring trade.
Now did someone say pies..........

Yum thanks FF. I prefer crumble and haven't had anything since breakfast. (Mind you it was rather large breakfast!)

Wow, thanks - I promise to take my job very seriously and taste as much as I can to make an informed decision!
(actually, I've just remembered my mum brought me some rhubarb last time she came, and it's been in the freezer waiting to be made into a crumble - might do that later!)
