Thanks everyone. Nearly ready to go.
Hoping DH will relax now, he has been pretty stressed worrying about his wee brother. Hospital is 8 hours away from here so not like he could just pop in to visit. Mobile phones so handy for hospital, although costs a fortune when you don't have a contract. Will see him in a few weeks when we go to Aberystwyth (only an hour and a half away from his house)

I managed to drag hubby the bingo last night as he had free books. We didn't win but hopefully he's got the buzz now when he saw someone else had won over 100k on national game! I'm trying to get him to go again with the other free books we've got!

Morning, bit of a dull start here today. but warm with it. I was in and out the garden yesterday putting a framework up my back wall to put the last bit of screening i started last year.That's up now so pleased with it.Just want to get some more plants put out and that should be sorted.Right must get a few more comps done...Hope you all have a lucky day..

Good morning all, thought I would pop in to say hello. Still waiting on keys and getting a bit fed up now. Most of the packing and sorting is done just waiting to get starting on the decorating the new flat which by the looks of it is all PINK. Not my cup of tea at all so will have to strip it all. Have already chosen my paper for the lounge.

Its DH's birthday today so I expect the family will be round later, most have then have already phoned to wish him a nice day.

Nice to hear from you Wingo and hope things are getting better for you.

How frustrating not having the keys. Completely agree with you about pink. Pleased you have found something you like.

FireFly I sAid the wrong thing it was garden waste DH was taking. We don't have a system here yet for garden waste collection. They are going to start one next month but charge £40 I'm not sure for how long.
Anyway I've decided to fill just one or two sacks per day now. I'm clearing some large shrubs.

Was sunny here but now dull.

We've just completed an online shopping for tonight for heavy things we need.
