copy and paste

anyone out there who can throw a little light, on a problem that i am having, i am unable to copy and paste. for some reason when i get to the paste bit it just brings me back to the page, i am trying to copy. what am i doing wrong that i usually do right?

I have simply pressed the left key on my mouse , scrolled along and then put my mouse over it and right clicked and selected copy , THEN moved to the point where my curser is , right clicked and pressed paste.


are you using a conventional pc with a mouse , or a laptop

I copy from the internet to microsoft word
The current hardware im using is internet explorer 10
I use the mouse and right to copy and paste

perhaps it would be easier if you said "what" you were copying from the internet

that is what I used to copy the screen (in word) to a jpeg
