Halifax account default

Also according to the report I have 2 Halifax current accounts, both with different account numbers. I guess one is the current account, this is now show as closed and the other must be a savings account they set me up with as it has different details and is still current!0

O.K well regardless of anything else the important bit I guess is the original default date. The above does not make sense, they can issue a default as long as it's the same date as the original default?

It's for £4155, i told the Halifax I was made redundant and was going to be a full time student for the next few years!
They gave the debt to someone after a few months but then sent it back to them, it then went back and forth over the next few years!
I am inclined to let them whistle for it now, I was going to see the Halifax about using the account and paying the overdraft off monthly, thought they might like the salary going in there!
As it will be statute barred in a year I can't see the point!0 -
For that amount I'd go for a CCJ.0
