cannot delete emails or access calendar in Microsoft Outlook

Hi can anyone help me? I seem unable to delete emails, or delete reminders it say cannot turn off the reminder. ........errors have been detected use Scanpst.exe to diagnose and repair errors in the file. :o I have no clue what this means, I have found scanpst.exe ( but have lost it again) but don't know what to do with it?

Just noticed from your first post :-

C:\Documents and Settings\WinXP\Local Setting\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\Outlook.pst is in use

So that's where your Outlook.pst file is located
