Hi there I am a bit confused, I currently pay about £35 a month with talk talk, I buy the value line rental ( have divided that out monthly even though I pay annually)
I get all calls included in that price
I get you view tv just a basic package
Have been with talk talk for years and do get discount from time to time
But am confused if I change provider how does that work with my tv as I have a you view box
Question is who to change to and I guess how does the tv work now, will I always need to pay for some kind of go to view
The mind is like a parachute. It doesn’t work unless it’s open.:o

Are you asking what happens with whatever the view box you mention is if you change providers .

  • If you change to a new isp you will still be able to use the Youview box for freeview.

All the recording and catch up services from BBC / ITV / channel 4 and 5 will still work but you will lose the Talk Talk player functions that are specific to being a Talk Talk customer.

I am not sure if Talk Talk ask for the Youview box back if you cancel so best to check that too.
