Contravention code 62 appeal

Hello All

I have just got a PCN from LB of Redbridge! which I plan to appeal.

I parked my car honestly believing what was a legal parking space as there were no signs to suggest otherwise, no yellow lines dropped curb etc.

I came back to see a notice with Contravention code 62 2 - parked with one or more wheels on or over a footpath or any part of a road other than a carriageway

Vehicle registration: RV65HCU

I have attached the link to the photos above. is it worth my while appealing this?

    Cant see the link. Can you try and post the actual ticket with the images visible after obscuring any personal details.

    Alternately can you give us the exact location as shown on the ticket and i'll take a look on street view.

    As above. Parking on the footway in a London borough is not allowed unless there is signage/markings saying it is.

    Looks like a fair cop to me i'm afraid.

    Since when have public pavements in London been classed as legal parking spaces?
