PPI offer was frozen, can i reclaim now?

Some 5 years back i was awarded an early settlement offer, i rejected and they came back saying that the courts had now frozen any future payments.........can i now reclaim as they admitted fault? Anyon else had the same?

  • Are you sure this was a PPI offer? It sounds more like an offer for Bank Charges…

    If it was charges, then the banks won their court case in 2009 and all pending claims were then automatically rejected.

    If it was PPI, then only the Bank can advise the current status of your complaint...
