What happens if you miss an appointment through private medical insurance?

Hi all
I have private medical insurance through aviva. I have made a claim regarding back problems, as part of this I have had 2 MRIs done seen specialists and am now receiving physio treatment. Unfortunately today I missed an appointment, I thought it was next week I was due to go but unfortunately I was wrong. I have tried phoning them but they have finished for the weekend. I'm just wondering what happens in this situation? I'd guess I'd have to pay a fee for missing the appointment but are there any other penalties? I'm worried my whole case will be void now u and I will have to pay for all MRIs etc.
Any help is much appreciated

The worst case scenario will be that a no show charge isn't covered by the policy.
Other than that no need to worry. You won't be the first one to miss an appointment.0
