In a moment of madness I installed Ubuntu on my laptop and removed Windows so no duel boot option. Now regretting this is it possible to reinstall Windows 7 back onto the laptop and remove Ubuntu?

Does it not have a recovery partition still ? Or did you sadly suggest use the whole disk and re-format the whole thing? If it has a W7 COA sticker then you could re-install(and ND is the expert for that)..... But in a moment of drunken stupor I always back up first , that way I never get caught since I can't wait for the backup and leve it til tomorrow.
On a terminal window enter sudo fdisk -l and paste the output on here.4.8kWp 12x400W Longhi 9.6 kWh battery Giv-hy 5.0 Inverter, WSW facing Essex . Aint no sunshine ☀️ Octopus gas fixed dec 24 @ 5.74 tracker again+ Octopus Intelligent Flux leccy
