Finance to buy a home at age 73

Hi,
My mother is 73. Has £85k cash from property sale, £1300 net pension per month.
The question is, can she buy a property for £135k with some sort of finance to find the missing £50k?

There are a couple of lenders that might consider the application on a standard residential basis. You need to see a broker.0
