Botched semi Perm make up - What are my rights?

Hello, after months and months of research, last week I had some semi permanent eyebrows tattood on (after losing nmy brows due to a medical problem). I was aware at the time what a big risk i was taking, and looked at lots of photos of the person I chose, plus knew someone else who had hers done too.
Anywa, fast forward a week, and I'm not happy! There are a few issues, but the main one is that the eyebrows are a different shape and one is much higher than the other. I have been in touch with other practitioners about correction work (and they also agree they are uneven and need fixing) and I have also been in touch with people about laser removal. These are all costly, and will take some time to get fixed.
I contacted the practitioner who carried out the treatment 2 days afterwards and said I was really worried as they were different, she told me to calm down and wait until they heal. They have now healed, but the fact still remains that they are uneven and one higher than the other and they need to be fixed, which I'm not willing to let my original practioner do. I emailed her again this morning to say they have healed now and I am still unhappy. I also sent her pictures. To cut a long story short, she is saying that I was happy in the salon, and basically no she won't refund me. The money I want refunded (£180) will go towards the cost of having them either removed/corrected (which will cost between £250-£1000 depending on what is required).
Now, where do I stand on this?! Any ideas?!

First off, how did you?
Secondly, is the person that did them a business or sole trader?
I would hope that not only would she be responsible for a refund, she'd be reponsible for the entire cost of putting things right.0 -
How did I what?! I'm not sure, I'm guessing sole trader? How can I tell the difference?0

I think TR meant "how did you pay?"
Did you pay by card?
If so, debit or credit card?0 -
No, she only accepts cash (as I type this I'm cringing at my own stupidity!!). I paid a deposit of £30 through paypal, then the rest via cash. I also have no receipt.....0

You possibly need a licence as far as I can make out , to do this.

Do they have one?0 -
If they do not have one they are operating illegally.
I Imagine it covers the premesis.0
