Credit Card Refund

Hello, I got a refund which put my credit card into positive balance.
I phoned them on Monday and asked for it to be transferred into my current account. They said ok and that it would take a few days.
I logged into my bank account today and the balance on the card has gone back to zero with a B2B transaction, but there is no sign of the money in my current account.

Contact them to check timescales and that you gave the correct account details.0

I know on debit cards having monies sent to them takes a day or so longer depending upon who you bank with from the time it is sent from the payers end, I have waited 2-3 days in the past on this.0

They said it should be in my account by the end of the working day. :T0
