Fasttrack Holidays Travel .co.uk

My family booked with this company and unfortuntely had to cancel their holiday due to miss quotes on transfers that changed the price which was to too high .With many expensive calls at a premium rate and waiting for a person to answer for 20 to 40 mins really its hard to get someone to speak to .My family are retired and wanted to celebrate their anniversary with a special cruise.
The unfortunate thing is they thought they were dealing with one company
but when they cancelled they now have to pay Three different companies
cancellation fees, if they had known this they would of gone to the third company direct .Fasttrack holidays want over £400 which is very big cancellation fees.
We have never had a reply from the Manager to our Emails or from the Manager in writing as requested after sending a cancellation letter.My family
are very disappointed with this company . Has anyone else had dealings with this company? I would be grateful to hear from anybody.

    A little while ago, I telephoned (and not for the first time) this company regarding a holiday they were promoting. From my experience, they never ever have the holiday at the price quoted on their web site, although I find they are not alone on this score. I am still waiting for the promised return call re a possible booking. It never transpired which speaks volumes for me. I can spend my money elsewhere, somewhere that offers customer service and not those dreaded 0870 numbers. I really hope you can get it resolved. Good Luck - Sally

    This company's office is at Wotton Bassett, about 1/2 mile form Junction 16 on the M4.
    I drove past it last night on my way into Swindon, and thought I might try them for a late break in early october.

    After reading your post.... perhaps not.

    If your close enough, pay them a visit and vent your frustrations in person.

    ..............or I could put something through their letterbox for you;)

    This company was recommended by the popular Travel Zoo
    featured on their website so didn't think we would have any problems like this.
