Anyone had any experience of a firm called Beyond Television. Ordered a TV from them yesterday-have tried to phone them all day today to arrange delivery but no response. Have left messages and emails but no reply.

i have had 2 tvs in the last 2 years and i have had no problem using the company.not sure why they dont answer the phones though."Save the cheerleader - Save the world"0

I am also having problems getting any response either by phone or email. I received a damaged TV that was collected by courier last Wednesday and I have been unable to get anyone to call or email me back since. I have taken the step of contacting my CC company who also tried unsuccessfully to contact them by phone. I am suspecting the worst!!0

Just received a call from Beyond television and have been promised that the TV will be delivered tomorrow morning.... let's wait and see but the signs are far more promising!!0

I paid an extra £20 to get a Home cinema system delivered by 1PM today from Beyond Television. Its now 4PM and its not here - all my emails have been ignored. The tracking system says its still on the lorry on route to my local depot and has been since last night.
I have never known such poor customer service.:mad:0
