    That's what YOU want.

Personally I like to see the lowest price, then read the detail to see what hoops I have to jump through.

He's got a point, even if the grip on journalism & posting rules are tenuous.

I agree with Snow Tiger .
But no matter what way you end up showing comparisons or deals some will not like it .

Serving the MAJORITY means you quote what applies to most, but you also have to quote LIKE FOR LIKE.
    Most people need a router
Most people who want to save money care about how much they actually pay each month because they run a budget.
They can't afford to prepay the best part of £200 to save £18.
An M&S or love to shop voucher does not reduce your bill.

Well I agree to a point about posting like for like but there are some of us who CAN afford to pay £200 up front to save £18!
I agree that an M&S or LovetoShop voucher doesn't reduce my monthly bill but it does reduce my overall annual expenditure if it's something I will use. When I switched broadband a few months ago I got £75 Sainsbury voucher - I used that for groceries, so I didn't have to spend that £75 that I would otherwise have spent
Broadband cost over the year £x
Grocery cost over the year £<usualspend>-£75
Net saving over the year -£75
(ok maybe I could have got those groceries for £50 from ALDI, but in the grand scheme of my budget there was still a saving - for me it was VERY worth it to switch!)

I'm not counting pennies every month, I'm looking at value over a year so I need different information to you

I have done a bit better than the £18 saving by beating the price increase as well .
