I see that you want information about places that are not "full of Germans". I myself am looking for a holiday destination which fits the other criteria which you have specified but I have no knowledge of why the presence of German people would be relevant.
Can you please let me and others know what your personal experience of German people is and why you want to avoid them when you are on holiday? It may well help many of us in making our choice of holiday destination.
