Oh and I am not angry at all just fighting so that my ex bully doesn't get to do this to someone else as bullies do not stop on their own accord.
This isn't about money either it is about principles and respect which seems to be lacking in society today.
I will keep you posted on my progress as I am sure you would be very interested in the outcome.0 -

Which, technically, would be abuse of process! The purpose of a civil court or tribunal is to compensate you for any losses you have suffered as a result of someone's unlawful actions. Not to score points!
Anyway, that is totally academic as based on what you have posted here you have about the same chance as a snowball in hell.

Wow I think you must be related to my ex manager, everyone else is wrong and you are right which is fine this is a forum and you are entitled to your opinion.
Pot and kettle? Everyone else had told you the same thing I have. On two threads. But you are the only person who is right? And in order to prove that you descend to personal insults instead of reason, just as you have with your former employer.
I am also out. And don't bother to keep us updated. I wouldn't believe it, any more than I believe what you have claimed to have read on employment law sites. Sometimes one simply cannot help people no matter how hard one tries.0
