i have reinstalled and still not working.

cannot get it to print in pdf either

printer prints perfect in pdf,but i cannot change wordpad to pdf.it says i need to decode,whatever that means

i have tried libre office,and still blank sheets when i go to print,now been trying for nearly a week and about 20-25 hours,and no further orword.

iam running windows 10 i think this must be the problem,can i go back to 7or8
