Reclaiming bank charges on a business bank account?

Hi,
Does anyone know if it's possible to reclaim bank charges (in particular, snowballed bank charges) on a business bank account? Bank practices caused the business to go bust, causing hardship to the individual. Any help/advice would be gratefully appreciated. Thanks!
